We can not only give you detailed specialist advice about every aspect of letting and management, but we can also take over the preparation of your property, without charging for our time, at any stage of the process. There is often a considerable amount of work involved in property preparation and
co-ordinating the various contractors. It works better if we are in control because we can ensure that all work is completed before the inventory is taken and the tenant moves in.
