Mike Blore

Following a successful career in farm management I set up In House in 1988 with the intention of providing a letting and management service that would set the benchmark for quality and commitment. 30 years on and I am still as enthusiastic as ever to ensure that we continue provide the highest level of service to both landlords and tenants. We have now put the values of customer service and professionalism that have defined the quality of our lettings division into our newly formed sales department to provide both vendors and purchasers with a clear and straightforward process for both sides during the transaction

Heidi Maller

Having covered most roles within the Lettings and Property Management Industry, I consider myself as an ‘all rounder’. With over 20 years experience , I started out as an Administrator in both Property Management and Lettings, moving on to become a Lettings Negotiator, and finally a Property Manager before defining the role of Managing this Office.

Lavina Reade

I joined In House 13 Years ago having worked for 22 years in Sales for Estate Agents in Swindon. Since joining my passion for working in property has remained because from the minute I take a phone call to book a viewing to seeing a happy buyer or tenant collect their keys it really does give me job satisfaction.

Vicky Yoxall

My career has always been customer focused, working previously as a customer service manager and always having an enthusiasm for property I moved into the industry as a Negotiator where I can combine the two. My role in the company involves the marketing of new and current properties, conducting market appraisals and carrying out viewings. Living locally for over 15 years I have a good knowledge of the area and I am always happy to give advice or carry out research to help all clients.

Anthony Hoskins

Having moved to Swindon over 20 years ago, managing successful restaurant and bars I have been working in lettings & property management since 2001. I have adapted my skills & knowledge to property management where everyday brings a new challenge. Being fortunate to work for such a professional company we all work closely to deliver high standards to landlords and tenants. Having lived & worked across the country I have enjoyed the opportunities for work, leisure and education since moving to here.

Sandra Bishop

After joining the team in 2007, I work closely with the Property Managers to assist them with the smooth running of their daily duties to include the organisation of check outs, quarterly property inspections, annual gas safety checks and PATs. I am also responsible for the taking and preparation of inventories for properties new to our portfolio and those that have undergone refurbishment.
